I went into my local Staples to purchase this chair. As a bigger person it fit me well was adjustable to the other family members and I liked the colors. It’s very comfortable too. It wasn’t in stock but a super helpful employee worked with me to order one and have it shipped to my house. Perfect. A few days later it arrived and I start to put it together and notice some really small white marks on the leather that don’t come off a greasy hand smudge that won’t clean then I notice the side armrest hinge cover has a paint chip. These aren’t it so bad that I don’t want he chair as well add to the damage eventua.I did go see the store manager and let her know that I wanted to keep it but felt that for a new in box product this wasn’t overly acceptable. She went beyond my expectations to cover my complaint so well done there. If you like this chair buy it and really consider the extended warranty! I don’t buy them usually and didn’t this time but it may have been beneficial in my case.
