It was shipped to my business address and upon opening it we found a tear. Filled out a claim and it was denied and then I contacted the store in Bowling Green. They told me to bring the chair packaged back in and they would replace it. Number 1 I do not have time to drive 1 hour round trip number 2 I payed extra for the insurance to replace it if anything was wrong and number 3 the bowling Green store did not have one in stock so therefore I would have to wait. Not happy with this situation at all.

I ordered this online for my husband and he loves it! He's a big guy and is on the computer or watching tv sometimes for several hours and has even fallen asleep in it. This chair fits him perfectly the seat height adjustment and the recline control are easy to use. The chair was easy to assemble and the price was awesome $99 Black Friday deal delivered directly to our home! The blue & black colors look really cool.
