Poor Craftsmanship

I am severally disappointed with the chair that I received due to the lack of care when manufacturing the pieces. The seat back is crooked no matter what I do the hole in the head rest is a ver uneven shape as if someone cut it while blind folded and the leather is uneven all around the head rest. Despite the numerous flaws I leave a two star rating due to how comfortable the chair is to sit on.

The first two weeks the chair performed as expected. I noticed later that it began to make noises as if the attached parts are becoming loose. Many weeks later more noises and louder now. Maybe the screws are loose and may have to be tightened. The other thing is that the backrest of the chair does not recline. So one can not change the position of the backrest. The seat and the backrest are permanently attached in one position and tilts together. Other than that this is a good comfortable chair

For what is charged as retail price should be of better quality the stitching on the back looks amateurish the foam on the armrest is too soft with no real support after about an hour of sitting the seat feels hard and uncomfortable no real cushion support. In all for the price the manufacturer could have used a denser foam material for more comfort and support.
