I was thinking it should come with seat belts and maybe a helmet.

The chair is generally comfortable. It could use a bit more cushioning for thigh support. Good back support. Very easy to assemble.

Deliver was fine and the chair was fairly easy to assemble. The seat cushion was defective but Staples shipped another one out quickly. (one of the screw hoes was not threaded). Overall fairly comfortable but the tilt is tight.
