Well built. Does what it is intended to do. However it isn't perfect. I have the chair at its lowest setting and it still sits a bit too high. But I can live with it. The reason it has four stars instead of five is that it was a little difficult to assemble. A couple of the bolt holes were not perfectly aligned. Once I got the bolts started they were all right but the misalignment made a couple of them difficult for these old arthritic hands to tighten. I really like that the arms rotate upward allowing me to push the chair under the desk when not in use. That opens up the room a lot more. My old bulky chair would not do that and it took up a lot of space in the room.
