Not very adjustable

At the lowest height the chair seat is several inches taller than any chair I've ever owned before. The foam is very stiff and the back isn't adjustable at all. Looks nice. I wish I had been able to test it prior to purchase I would have passed on it.

When the chair is brand new it is great! but within 6 months the seat has gone flat and I have had to replace due to a wheel breaking and a weld on the tilter broke both manufacture defects. Aside from that The chair is great.

Poor Quality

I'm disappointed in the workmanship/quality. We bought 2 of these last week for our home office (one red & one grey). Upon putting them together the grey one looks good. But the red one has no cushion in the sides of the seat just one large cushioned area in the center of the seat. Unfortunately we didn't realize this until after we pitched the boxes.

This chair is very comfortable and sturdy. I was working from home and I have a work desk but no chair for it. Sitting on the bed taking phone calls typing documents and zooming calls for long hours started to become uncomfortable so I went and purchase the chair I was glad that I got it.
