I bought this for my 13 yr old son & he loves it. It's actually a really nice chair & was easy to put together

My last chair caused a lot of back pain. So far this chair is comfortable and I don't have to unbend myself to stand up after sitting for an hour.

Got this for my wife who has one in an office she frequents. She says it's very comfortable. She's 5'6" and medium in build. I do not find it so comfortable as the seat is a bit short to give proper support of my thighs. I'm 6'2" and 190lbs. Otherwise good product. Easy to assemble. Wheels could be a bit bigger. You'll need a mat if on carpet and if you need mobility.

Went together very easily with included tools. Very comfortable and I love the arms that fold out of the way when not needed.

I like the chair. The arms fold up and overall provide adequate support. The seat is wide enough for my wide back side.

Chair description states it has Lumbar Support. We went to the store to look at one and found out it does NOT have Lumbar support. Sales person confirmed that it does not.
