I needed a chair for my computer desk. I picked this one. It is not a great chair but it is not a bad chair. It lacks lumbar support that some chairs have but it does have fold down arms. It is just... an average chair.

High expectations- dissappointing comfort and features

Very firm chair. I have never purchased a chair where the arms are what holds the back and bottom together so not installing the arms wasn't an option (I never install office chair arms) The arms once installed do not flip up all the way they hang inside the range of motion area some and actually are a nuisance. If the arms could be removed I could tolerate the firmness of the chair however this is a deal breaker for me. I will be looking to return this chair.
