I even went back to store and asked about the tilt feature. He checked the same chair and could not find out how it works. This is a problem. If you want tilt back don’t buy this chair. Especially when the store can’t even help you.

I would absolutely recommend this chair to anyone who's looking for a comfortable chair that you'll need to be sitting in for extended periods of time. If you have it shipped to your location expect to assemble it yourself mine went together without any issues. Be sure to read the instructions first and make sure you have the parts in their proper orientation i.e. left side to left side right side to right side and front to front also you will need to move some of the chairs stuffing out of the way where the screws will be inserted and tightened this will me it assemble easily. Enjoy your new chair!

I am not a game but I do need a good chair for sitting long periods of time since I work from home now. This gaming chair is perfect! My back problems have almost gone away completely! I love that the arm rests can go up so I can sit closely to my desk. Also the sleek design is good for executive meetings. I went with the black and white leather so it wouldn't look too "gamey" for video conference calls. I highly recommend this chair!
