First let me say that the gentleman who helped me and put the order in on the computer was excellent. He checked me out as well. This chair is comfortable when you spend hours at a computer during the day. The delivery from Staples was even a day early so all in all I would recommend Staples and this chair to anyone - you can't go wrong.

The chair seemed comfortable compared to the others when sitting in them in the store showroom. However after using for ~10 hours/day over the past few weeks I am not loving this chair. The seat loses its comfort relatively quickly. The seat back is too far back and lumbar support is poor. The arm rests are too far apart to be useful yet always seem to be in the way for range of motion. When folding the arm rests up they do not move completely out of the way. All in all I wish I had not bought them (yeah I bought several)

This chair is very comfortable. The leather is really soft and the seat is just firm enough to support your back all day while working. It was super easy to put together as well!

I was simply looking for a work chair to replace the kitchen chair I’d pressed into use with the pandemic. Oh heavens - I wasted four months using a crappy chair when I could have had this comfy thing. It looks nice and sits well and has UK accents to boot. Great chair.
