The chair seemed comfortable compared to the others when sitting in them in the store showroom. However after using for ~10 hours/day over the past few weeks I am not loving this chair. The seat loses its comfort relatively quickly. The seat back is too far back and lumbar support is poor. The arm rests are too far apart to be useful yet always seem to be in the way for range of motion. When folding the arm rests up they do not move completely out of the way. All in all I wish I had not bought them (yeah I bought several)
