The chair was out of stock at the store but a nice employee approached me first (!) and ordered free next day delivery! It arrived as scheduled and was fairly easy to assemble in about a half hour. The chair itself is comfortable fits well with my desk and what I needed for my back. And it was 25% off!

Nice chair I bought for my son. He was hoping it could lay back in different positions and lock- I guess I misunderstood what tension tilt means. He does complain that it sits up very straight -and he belted a small pillow around the top - to make it more comfortable on his neck.
