I can sit in this chair for hours and feel comfortable. The arms that raise and lower are a plus. I sometimes put a pillow behind my back to adjust the lumbar support with this model. The chair is worth the purchase.

The chair literally broke

I had this gaming chair for 2 weeks before the first signs of poor quality were showing. Now after maybe a few months I had the chair break and collapse with me in it. Never buying this brand again..

It should state that it takes two people to assemble the back to the seat. I managed but twisted a muscle in my back. Once I was able to assemble the chair I loved it.
