Easy to assemble (30 minutes). The padding could be thicker in the seat as I am bottoming out @195 lbs. Also the tilt tension doesn't allow the seat to go back very much as I tend to rock. Also I paid 149 not the 129 you are currently asking!

This is the second chair we have purchased for use at our home office desks. They are well built comfortable easy to assemble and hold up for hours of sitting. The fold up arms are fantastic for fitting under our desk and giving us ergonomic access to the desk and keyboard tray
