Very comfortable and has a nice high seat if desired. My only complaints are the castors don't work very well. They are sluggish. The seat is so deep that I need a pillow to support my back.

Good but not great

I’ve had this chair for about 3 years. I’ll say it was very comfortable and great for sitting in front of a computer 8+ hours a day. However about a month ago something popped inside the seat cushion. After undoing the seat I found that a metal bracket on one side broke and there was no easy way to fix it. So I went back to Staples to buy a new but different chair this weekend. Thought about pursuing a warranty….but seriously, who keeps all this paperwork and receipts for 3 years.
