I like the high back. The tilt tension is a little hard to turn but I guess that is normal. The armrests adjust easily until completely out of the way. The seat is very comfortable and the leather doesn't stick much. ALL IN ALL. A VERY NICE CHAIR ATA A GREAT PRICE.

It was a little difficult to put together. The instructions were easy enough to follow but I really needed 4 hands to put some of the pieces together. I hope this chair's fasteners hold up better than the lsst chair I bought from you.

The Chair is big enough but it is really hot while sitting on top. Though I not that fat not reach 180 pounds. And the support for the back is not enough you may need to put a pillow by yourself and that makes it hotter. I will not suggest this chair for working or gaming if you need to sit on top of it for more than 2 hours.
