I like the chair but defective gas tube will not allow the chair to hold its height so sinks to the lowest point. Contacted manufacturer and they are sending me a new tube so hopefully that solves it but will likely be a week or so before I know so disappointing so far.

It is extremely comfortable. The reason it is not a 5 is because there is a 2 inch crease on the front of the chair. They did not stretch the fabric correctly. I sent a picture to a friend and they spotted it immediately. I am debating about taking it back. I don't want to put together another one.
