great value could do with better fitting screws

This is the second chair of this design i have purchased the previous one was a floor sample that did not last very long ( the piston gave up very quickly so working at ground level only) got this new one thanls to the purchase protection purchased. fairly easy assembly looks like the screws holding the back of the chair are not long enough for a tight fit. one fell off already after 2 days of use.

Nice fairly comfortable chair. Since the height of the arms cannot be adjusted the chair seat needs a lower setting. My mouse pad and keyboard are a little to low for comfortable access from this chair.
