Comfortable enough when leaning back but not when at sitting position. could have used better cushioning for the bottom part. Originally purchased because it said 8-10 hour sit down comfort but it's more like 30 minutes waste of money

I sat in the chair at the store and loved it. It was soft and had a recline feature. When I got it home it does not recline and doesn't seem as soft I have tried to adjust it to recline more but it doesn't seem like the same chair. Not sure if it is the same chair. Haven't gone back to the store because it is 3 hours away.
