On the plus side the chair is comfortable when used for 6-8 hours at a time. And the arm rests fold up out of the way. Lower rating is because during assembly it is difficult to get the back part to line up with the holes in the arm rests so you can install the screws. Also the screws are hex head and one of them was not drilled out properly so the hex head wrench wouldn't go in it. I had to find a metric socket and use that.

the chair seat is not very comfortable and kinda hard but i do like the ability to move the arms out of the way at my desk as i have an L shaped desk that i have to move from side to side

Not worth the price

After not long one of the chair casters broke which was an absolute struggle to fix and over a few months the chair started leaning to the right when leaning back in the chair. Now it leans very heavily to the right when i lean back despite my efforts to find the issue i have not been able to solve it this chair barely lasted a year
