We haven't assembled the chair yet but opened the box and took out all the components and didn't have time to assembly it so all parts are there and back in box ready and waiting for a good time for us to engage in an hour or ? to put it together.

Now assembled chair is good-looking comfortable and supportive. Assembly was simple and straightforward. Kudos to the company for the plastic band of screws that mapped to each step in the process made it virtually idiot-proof. Would have scored it a “5” except for the last step in assembly which was install of two plastic cosmetic pieces which cover the chair hinge on each side… machine screws were extremely small and holes were not properly aligned plus the screws were intended to go into a deeply inset part of the plastic which made sighting the screws and holes virtually impossible. Took me more time to finally install these last two pieces than the entire rest of the chair! Other than that a satisfactory product
