The holes were cut into the leather on the back at the wrong spots. When conect omg the back the bolts had leather in the way. I had to streach it a little to get the bolt holes clear and this causes an ugly wrinkle in the side of the chair. Also concerned it will rip from being stretched to fit. If the leather was punched in the right spot it would fit way better.

Wow when I sit in this chair I feel like I’m floating in air. I was uncomfortable with my old desk chair so I thought maybe a gaming chair would help me sit through the long hours in my virtual home office. If gamer's can spend hours in these chair then I should be able to get through the work day. Very supportive padded arms and a wide seat make the chair great. So happy I made this choice. Quick delivery Good Price and Easy to Assemble. I now call the chair my in-house Ferrari.

I absolutely love this chair hence why I bought 3! 2 for myself and 1 for my mom and she absolutely loves it as well. It took us about 1 hour to assemble the 1st one but only like 30 minutes each for the other 2 to make sure it was done correctly. I am a big girl and it holds up great!

Thank you for the great service. I received the chair in a timely manner. I purchased it for a gift for my grandson for Christmas so I didn't unbox it yet. I will give the chair to him at Christmas time. Though I didn't open the box everything looked very good.
