I purchased two of these chairs for my home office. They are very comfortable but they are big so make sure you have space for them. They have a nice high back rest soft adjustable arm rests and a cushiony seat. The chair can also be adjusted to fit your desk or personal preferences. I like the grey/black color too. The chairs definitely needed two people to put it together and it takes some time. It was hard to put on some of the "buttons" over the screws. This was really frustrating. However we were finally able to get both chairs done and they look and feel great. The fact that I got them on sale made this purchase even better!

I guess it serves the purpose. I was looking for a stopgap chair for my office as my old chair was falling apart. At the time I was not ready to make a large chair investment. So this served the purpose but is Already showing signs of wear and tear after a couple weeks.
