I like the chair but the right side of the cushion for the seat isn’t as filled in as the left side. Definitely made for people that like to sit upright.

Just wish it would go down a bit more in the height setting to be lower than my office desk.

Love the chair...makes my work day extremely comfortable...the sales associate who helped me also answered all my chair questions...please give him kudos and a BIG thank you! He also rung me up at checkout.

First let me say that the gentleman who helped me and put the order in on the computer was excellent. He checked me out as well. This chair is comfortable when you spend hours at a computer during the day. The delivery from Staples was even a day early so all in all I would recommend Staples and this chair to anyone - you can't go wrong.

The chair seemed comfortable compared to the others when sitting in them in the store showroom. However after using for ~10 hours/day over the past few weeks I am not loving this chair. The seat loses its comfort relatively quickly. The seat back is too far back and lumbar support is poor. The arm rests are too far apart to be useful yet always seem to be in the way for range of motion. When folding the arm rests up they do not move completely out of the way. All in all I wish I had not bought them (yeah I bought several)
