The seat is comfortable. The pleather is nice. I like that the armrests go up so I can push under the table. I had to buy a headrest because it really felt like it needed one. Lumber support is mostly ok but I would really like that to be better. With the black headrest I added it looks like a tuxedo with a bowtie. A friend suggested it looked like an orca. I'm mostly happy with it. It was more comfortable than most of the other chairs at Staples. It was on sale for $109 which was a good price.

Great chair well built will last for years and years. Outstanding spring tension for the rocking motion (most chairs have weak springs and when tightened to the max they are still too soft); not this chair the rocking spring is very adjustable and strong enough to support a tall (6'2") heavy person (250lbs). The headrest is even high enough to support my head without slouching which is good for my back. This quality of chair is rarely if ever on sale for such a low price and even at full price it is less than a comparable quality chair. Outstanding chair outstanding price.
