Got this for Christmas for my wife was excited to use it. When I went to go assemble it the letter start cracking and scratching against other material this is very bad material and cheaply made. It's a waste of my time to assemble it and it's waste of my wife's time for buying it I will avoid this chair as much as possible.

Very excited to receive it. Unfortunately it had a small acratch on the seat. My son is a preteen and just wanted the chair no matter what... but this mom in not happy about it. I have not contacted Staples about it. Other than the scratch it seems really solid.
