Our salesperson was very helpful and informative. His ordering recommendations were perfect. We received the chair at home within 2 days! Assembly of the chair was simple and the chair itself is attractive and well made. Completely satisfied with our store experience and the product.

So far so good. Needed more support since we are now WFH. This chair fits the bill so far.
