Chair is super comfortable and a real upgrade from the twenty year old chair it replaced. Directions for assembly were clear and parts were labeled. However the screws did not go easily in to the chair. The holes lined up ok but the screws just would not go in. Took it apart and started over doing the other side first. That went better but still was a lot of extra effort. It took me about two hours to put this together.
