My daughter wanted this chair for online learning but our closest store was out of the color she wanted. The clerk walked us over to the in store kiosk and guided us through purchasing the chair online. Not only did we get a better price but we were able to pick up at a nearby store within the hour. Excellent service at both ends for just what we wanted.

I like the high back. The tilt tension is a little hard to turn but I guess that is normal. The armrests adjust easily until completely out of the way. The seat is very comfortable and the leather doesn't stick much. ALL IN ALL. A VERY NICE CHAIR ATA A GREAT PRICE.

It was a little difficult to put together. The instructions were easy enough to follow but I really needed 4 hands to put some of the pieces together. I hope this chair's fasteners hold up better than the lsst chair I bought from you.
