To assemble the seat you need 4 larger diameter screws and 8 smaller screws. I received 5 larger screws and 7 smaller screws. To complete the assembly I had to go to the hardware store to get a replacement smaller screw (M6 x 1.00 x 25 mm). Otherwise the assembly was fairly easy. I like the ability to raise the arm rests.

Check the ratings of any chair at any price and you'll never see universal satisfaction. Same here. But so far I'm quite happy. I debated getting another mesh chair but you can't beat the immediate comfort--especially the rear tilt--of this kind of chair. Granted processed leather chairs tend to crack and peel over time but for this price--and the fact that I'll be treating it regularly with leather conditioner--I expect I'll get my money's worth. It assembled pretty easily although I decided to modify the sequence a little to get the back of the chair on. But not bad. Overall it's a good buy. No complaints.
