I had a similar chair that recently broke after 3 years of use. This chair however is much more sturdy than the chair that broke and more comfortable. Happy with it so far.

I purchased this chair to replace a very inexpensive task chair that I sit in for up to eight hours a day For that chair I had to put multiple pads on it to make it reasonably comfortable unfortunately I found the same to be the case with this chair while it is more sturdy and has more features it’s still is not as comfortable to sit in for more than maybe 30 minutes at a time at least for someone like myself who is not significantly well padded if you understand my point. I got a good deal on the chair which is why I purchased it otherwise I would not have bought it.

Chair broke first week one of the wheels broke off. Staples did not have a replacement so had to buy a more expensive chair . 38 dollars additional cost on top of having to replace chair. Terrible experience.
