Went to the Branford CT store for the chair after calling the night before and getting an employee named "Adman". It was 15 mins. before the store closes and Adman actually looked on the truck that had arrived earlier to check and see if the store had the chair I wanted. Then he put it aside for me to purchase the next day. When I arrived the next day Adman actually asked me if I needed help while I was waiting in line. He went and got the chair and told me he'd meet me at the cash registers he even brought a shopping cart to put it in. Fantastic customer service!!! Awesome attitude and pleasant to talk to. Rarely see this kind of service now a days. Thanks for having this great employee!
