very quick delivery clear concise and very easy to follow assembly directions. packaging the hardware in separate packages for each step was a great idea. the chair itself is quite comfortable and adjusts to a higher height than any other chair I've had. VERY VERY highly recommend this chair!!

Bought this for my 9yr old gamer. My son loved it made him feel really good when playing his games. The price was the deal breaker and I loved that I was able to pick it up in store. Always call the stores FYI because would say not available but was available in store.
