Defective / Cheap Quality

Out of the box this chair is leaning to the left. I thought I was imagining the slant at first but it became much worse after a few days. I have only had this chair for a couple days and it now has a very bad lean forward and to the left. I literally just threw out my old office chair for a similar issue (leaning to the right instead of left). Only difference: my former office chair lasted 10 years. Not 3 days.

Some of the pieces to the chair holes didn’t match so I couldn’t put the whole chair together. Which was a total waste of my time and money. Now I have a chair with no arms and a tilted seat.
