After putting the chair together I noticed that the bracket that attaches the seat to the back was a bit crooked. I tried evening it out myself but no luck. Another thing Is that the backrest has spots that have too much padding making it bulge slightly.

Nice and comfortable chair that adjusts in every way I like and need it. Very nice feature that the arm rests can me flipped up to the level of the back. Several colors to chose from but I picked the most neutral - black and white - which fits perfectly in my office. Seems to be sturdy. All in all a good quality for a good price!

I've only had the chair two weeks and can truly say it is very comfortable and is exactly what I need. I produce and air radio three radio shows per week and have to sit for at least eight hours of production time at my computer and this chair helps alleviate the back issues I was having prior to purchasing it.
