I've only had the chair two weeks and can truly say it is very comfortable and is exactly what I need. I produce and air radio three radio shows per week and have to sit for at least eight hours of production time at my computer and this chair helps alleviate the back issues I was having prior to purchasing it. Worth every dime.

so far so good had older chair "Osgood" not sure how old showing wear! saw this on sale for $99 thought I'd give it a look. went to look at it and wasn't sure so waited couple of days and the price went up! {by the way store prices are higher but they price match!} watched and waited for the price to go back down bought the protection plan 3yr {how many things go that long without something!} and so far I like the looks and feel for around $120 with protection happy for now!

By far this is one of the best chairs I’ve ever had. Currently using it as an office chair and it hasn’t disappointed. I definitely recommend this chair especially if you’re WFH.

During assembly I noticed a small (1/4") cut in the seat covering on the underside of the seat near the front-center of the seat. The assembly instructions were simple and easy to follow. However when attaching the seat back to the seat bottom (Steps #5 and #6) after the arms had been attached to the seat bottom (Step #4) it was difficult to position the seat back between the arms to align the attachment holes of the arms with the seat back. I think it would be better to attach the arms to the seat back first and then attach the arms to the seat bottom. Doing Steps #5 & #6 first and then Step #4 would be easier than the order of steps in the instructions. I have now had the chair for 7 days and have noticed that the padding in the arms has shifted to the outside of the arms and not as supportive to my arms. In all fairness I use the chair around hours a day while doing computer work. Even so I think the other features of the chair like the lumbar support are very good.
