When the product arrived the box had a torn flap. I was concern at first parts would be missing. Fortunately that was not the case all the parts were there. The assembly was easy enough to do you could see the product suffered some abuse while in storage. It being black and grey you have to get close to see. However it is functional and my daughter is happy with it.

I went to two stores and they both reported being out of stock. The store in Wataga would not sale me the floor modes even though they were out of stock. I got a floor modes from another store because they were out of stock but had 3 floor models. The Wataga manager sure missed out on a sale.

The arms of this chair are set at different heights. It is not a chair that they can be adjusted. We have looked at it and everything was put together correctly and cant be corrected. We did not pick it up from the store as the Olean store was out of stock. I was desperately needing a chair so I did not try to return it. Very disappointed and I will not recommend.

Love this chair! I have had several back surgeries and needed a comfortable chair for work. I liked it so much I bought another for our home office desk. I can sit in it several hours without getting uncomfortable or sore when I get up. Also I love the flip up arms!

Very comfortable but read the instructions

It can be put together by one person but it's easier with two. After getting it assembled I wondered why it didn't feel right when I sat on it. Turned out I had installed the seat backwards. With all the warnings stabled to the bottom in different languages I missed the small notice "FRONT" as well as the "L" and "R". I hope they add something to the instructions to make sure others don't have the same problem. Chair is COMFORTABLE. My cat loves it and will claim it if I'm away for more than a minute. He gives me baleful looks when I move him to HIS bed.

I was very upset at first as I got a faulty chair due to manufacture defect. but staples sent a replacement chair very promptly. the new chair works perfectly and I’m very happy with the new chair.
