I went to two stores and they both reported being out of stock. The store in Wataga would not sale me the floor modes even though they were out of stock. I got a floor modes from another store because they were out of stock but had 3 floor models. The Wataga manager sure missed out on a sale.

I love the fact that the arms of this chair go up and get out of the way when they are not needed. All office chairs should have that function. Also the headrest is convenient. However the seat on this chair is quite uncomfortable! Most distressing is that when one sits back it doesn't take long for the tailbone (or coccydynia) to let you know that it is being stressed and it's most uncomfortable! I was bedazzled by the ad that drew me to the store and the fact that the chair was on sale. The time I spent sitting rolling the wheels and turning left & right seemed to be enough to make a good choice. After 5 days I'm disappointed and wished I'd found a much better chair - something with ergonomics in mind. So my search for a comfortable office chair is underway. Sad I must return this one when I have time.

The chair itself would be comfortable except the seat leans forward and so I feel like I’m going to slide out of it all day long. I bought this for my home office since I’m working from home now and it just missed the mark but now I’m stuck with it.

The arms of this chair are set at different heights. It is not a chair that they can be adjusted. We have looked at it and everything was put together correctly and cant be corrected. We did not pick it up from the store as the Olean store was out of stock. I was desperately needing a chair so I did not try to return it. Very disappointed and I will not recommend.

Love this chair! I have had several back surgeries and needed a comfortable chair for work. I liked it so much I bought another for our home office desk. I can sit in it several hours without getting uncomfortable or sore when I get up. Also I love the flip up arms!
