It is not a high end office chair with customizable lumbar support customizable head rest and mesh covering. But you know that when you buy it. The price is fair and also fairly easy to assemble. Go easy on threading the screws to prevent cross-threading because you will have to use the allen wrench instead of your fingers (as suggested in the instructions) to even start the screw.
