Overall good comfort. Good quality. Great looks. Wish the back was adjustable. Wish it had lumbar adjustment.

the seat back and bottom cushions have scratches and cuts in the material looks like this happened during stitching and should have been rejected for rework instead of sold

Very excited to receive it. Unfortunately it had a small acratch on the seat. My son is a preteen and just wanted the chair no matter what... but this mom in not happy about it. I have not contacted Staples about it. Other than the scratch it seems really solid.

Sent this chair to my daughter as she is working from home this year and she loved it. Very comfortable and helps to support her back.

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. Says it’s the most comfortable chair he’s ever had. He needed something better since he sits at his computer all day with virtual school and video games of course!
