Pretty easy to assemble for a son and his mom! My son loves it thinks it’s cool and comfortable for gaming! Loved that it height adjusts rocks back and arms can be in up or down position! Only had it a week but So far so good!

I am only 5'4" and have trouble finding a comfortable chair. Was looking for a desk chair and came across this Vortex model. With the tilt back I could adjust so the seat wasn't too deep for mr and with the height adjustment it is perfect. I also like that I can move the arms up out of my way when needed. So comfortable!

The seatback was a little askew after assembly. This was a manufacturing defect not an assembly problem. It's not much but just enough to bug me whenever I see it head on. The wheels do not rotate or roll very easily. I have to pull the casters into the right position using my feet and hands. The leather-like seat also causes my back to sweat after sitting for awhile. A good chair but not a great one.

I would absolutely recommend this product. While it may not have all the extra bells and whistles of other gaming chairs on the market the comfort makes up for it. The chair does not recline or anything like that but who really reclines in their chair anyway? I absolutely love how comfortable it is. Additionally it arrived on time and assembly was a breeze. It doesn't creak at all and rolls smoothly. The only reason I am rating it four stars instead of 5 is because on one of the arms the pleather is starting to peel off (after about a month) where it rubs up against my desk. It's not in a noticeable spot though so it is not that bothersome. All in all great chair.
