The chair is ok just what I expected. I had difficulty getting the back attached. Took it back to the store and an employee very cheerfully and expertly finished the assembly. His good attitude and work will keep me coming to Staples.

This is a floor model. Was told by sales that it was newly out of the box to put on the floor. Once I got it home I noticed that it had a noticeable right forward tilt and a black handprint on the top that won't come out. I'm thinking that this chair had been on the floor for some time or was poorly set up. I'm not very happy.
