This chair is very lovely but the back and the cushion of the chair are faulty. I spent a lot of time installing disassembling repacking and returning. My four hours of time was wasted on a flawed product. I'm still waiting for a new replacement to be delivered and I hope the new replacement won't have any more defects or I'm going to get nuts.

In the store this was the first chair I sat in and was instantly in love… I sat in a few others and they just did not have the softness that this chair has. I never thought I would like a gaming chair but I love this one.

We bought this chair for our 12yr old son for online school and for when he plays on his PS4. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. Great chair for the price.
