When putting the chair together you have to dig in the holes to find the metal piece the screw goes into and then the material starts to tear and foam comes out. Returned to store.

Definitely worth the money. The padding is a little stiff to begin with but softens after being broken in a little bit. I do not regret this buy. The one problem I've had is that it was hard to put together by myself.
