My mom chose this chair and I put it together for her. It is incredibly comfortable and adjustable for height & tilt of chair. The leather has a very nice feel but most of all: the directions for assembly are excellent! Directions are very organized step 1 step 2 etc. with good illustrations and hardware in separate bubbles 1 for each step. Drilled holes all matched up no hardware or parts were missing and it went together perfectly. I like the directions and assembly!!! Finally I believe it is a very solid chair and therefore very stable. I give it a "thumbs up" and would buy it again!
