4 stars for this chair. 5 stars for their Customer Service. My chair got a broken wheel mount after 3 months. I did not have the extended warranty but this chair comers with a 7 year manufacturer warranty. I had lost my receipt but the store I bought it from furnished me a copy and I set out to call Staples customer care. The lady I talked to said they were out of the chair replacement base but had me hang on hold for 5 min. When she got back on the line she said "I'm shipping you a new chair get rid of the old one! 2 days later I get a new chair! Its comfortable and since I play guitar and do home recording I like the fold away arms. (Which is what sold me on this chair in the first place) I took the new chair base and filled the empty spaces around the wheel mounts with hot glue to give them more support. So far so good on the new one. I would recommend this chair.

I use my chair everywhere office living room and bedroom. Each place I sit different and make good use of the height adjustment back adjustment and lumbar pillow (a must for me even my chiropractor recommended one.) I even like that the arm rest adjusts so they fit under the desk. I I love this chair!

One of THE BEST.....Office Chairs I've Ever Owned!!

I've sat in a lot of different office chairs over the years and this particular chair is by far.... one of the nicest ones I've ever had! I love how its light weight makes it very easy to move around my office from "point A to point B" with virtually no effort at all. It's tilt feature is nice and firm and yet it's very easy to use. The wheels are very firm feeling yet roll quite easily. Back support is very comfortable and the seat cushion area is one I can sit on for hours and hours and not be fatigued whatsoever. All in all............. for the design the comfort factor and the very low price.... this is one chair I'd purchase again!!.
