The leather is poor quality. The wheels are high quality. The arms do not fold back far enough so when they are up I tend to hit my upper arm on them. On top of that they do not fold DOWN far enough either - they are way too high. The cushion is comfortable enough I guess. There is NO tilt lock. There is a lock to prevent tilt but no lock to secure at a tilted angle. I am seriously considering returning it.
