Had great service at the store. Rep was helpful and went the extra mile to see we were happy with our purchase. Chair is well made and easy to put together. Very comfortable especially with the lumbar support. We use it as our computer chair but Grandson says it perfect for his gaming.

Now that I work from home full-time and cannot afford a $5 000 erg chair with 12 different adjustment options sought a *reasonable* replacement for home office. I am very happy with this chair and love that the arms can move out the of way when I push chair under desk. It is comfortable to sit on for hours at a time. Am pleased with my choice.

I've only had the chair for a few days but so far this chair has been extremely comfortable. The cushion for the seat and back are soft and support my weight and shape. Getting in and out has been far easier than it had been with my previous chair where I would be stiff and sore after sitting for a while. The only thing I wish would have been more detailed instructions to work some of the chair's features but it's a minor thing.

Finally a chair I can get to fit me!! Have searched for a chair that would put the seat 21” off the floor and have decent back support! This is classified as a “gamers” chair! Apparently only gamers need a comfortable chair to fit them!!!! Or the makers finally got around to actually fitting a chair to a body seated at a desk!!!!
