I really liked what I saw in the store so bought one of these chairs took it home and assembled it only to find that the back was off it tilted to one side. I called the store and the manager replaced it with no questions. They even shipped the second chair to my house I got it out of the box and started assembly only to find that the staples holding the back on were coming out the leather on the bottom seat pan was all wonky and the padding in the back lacking causing the leather to cave and scrunch up. I called the 800 number and they were again happy to replace the product. The third chair arrived I examined the parts prior to assembly and discovered that one of the holes in the leather for the screw to hold the back on was not there. I felt around found the anchor nut and carefully cut the leather around it so as to expose the nut for assembly. Great customer service poor quality control I like that fact that the arms fold up to get the chair under the desk.

If you are looking for a desk chair this one is very comfortable but the arms are too high for use at a desk. I tried it in in the store and it felt great to sit in it but it is giving some issues in my home office for sure. Being right handed I find that I keep the right arm rest pushed up and out of the way so I can at least function with my keyboard and mouse. I know it is a gaming chair but it was really comfortable to sit in. I wish the arms could be adjusted but they don't budge.
