Chair is comfortable. At this point in time my only complaint is that it does not go low enough. I am five foot nine and my feet are flat on the floor at its lowest point. I went back and checked a few other chairs of the same model at Staples and they are similar. Anyone a few inches shorter than me might have a problem with this model chair.

This chair is a blessing to my previously injured back. Any desk or table it sits at is comfortable. The padding is just enough to not be too soft and provide high quality support especially for my lower back. Not to mention it looks like a speed racer car seat so that’s cool.
